Q. You
say in meditation to listen for the sound of silence. What does silence
sound like?
A.
That's a pretty good ques- tion. Paul Simon must know because he
wrote a song about it. Actually, silence is felt as well as heard.
Silence is the total absence of external noise and thought processing.
When you are able to shut out worldly sounds and stop your mind from
interrupting, you will hear and feel total silence.

I
think you made a mistake in putting up your website before it is
finished. Why did you do that?
A.
Beause it will never be finished. This is an interactive, continuously
changing site. The opinions of visitors and their questions and comments
will govern the information available here.

Q. I have been to your site
3 times looking for the newsletter. When will that start up?
A.
I apologize for that. But as with many other people, Christmas got
in the way. If you will come back for another visit around the 3rd week in
January, the first edition of "Spirit Matters" should be uploaded for you
to see. |
